基于专家系统的离合器制动器故障诊断

摘要:为了提高离合器制动器故障诊断的效率,针对离合器制动器故障的特点,设计了一种基于故障树分析和二元决策图的专家系统结构,提出了一种基于专家系统的离合器制动器故障诊断方法。首先利用鱼骨图分析离合器制动器的故障原因,建立故障树;其次利用二元决策图对故障树进行定性分析,获取诊断专家知识,并用产生式规则表示知识,建立故障诊断知识库;随后利用二元决策图对故障树进行定量分析,求解最小制集的重要度,确定规则优先级,从而解决规则冲突间题,提高故障诊断的效率;最后开发了离合器制动器故障诊断专家系统的原型系统,结果证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。

Fault diagnosis for clutch and brake based on expert system

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis for clutch and brake and aiming at the characteristics of clutch and brake failure, an expert system structure was designed based on fault tree analysis and binary decision diagrams, and a fault diagnosis method for clutch and brake based on expert system was proposed. Firstly, the fault tree was established by analyzing the fault cause of the clutch and brake through fishbone diagram. Secondly , the fault tree was analyzed qualitatively by binary decision diagrams to obtain the knowledge of diagnostic experts, and the fault diagnosis knowledge base was established by production nules. Then, the fault tree was analyzed quantita-tively by binary decision diagrams to calculate the importance of the minimum cut set and detemine the nule priority, and the problem of nule conflict was solved and the efficieney of fault diagnosis was improved. Finally, the prototype system of the fault diagnosis expert sys-

离合器和制动器是压力机等锻压设备的两个主要部件,他们协同工作控制压力机的正常运转与停止。任意一个发生故障都会对设备的运行造成影响,故障发生后若处理不当,不仅会减少离合器制动器的寿命,严重时还会导致压力机停机,影响生产效率,从而给企业带来经济损失与安全隐患(")。因此,对离合器制动器故障诊断的研究具有非常重要的意义

建立了热模锻压力机常见故障的故障树。宗群等(3)利用FTA设计了电梯故障诊断专家系统,建立了电梯系统的故障树和诊断专家知识库。李蒙等[4]将FTA 和RETE算法相绪合设计了汽车厂压力机故障诊断专家系统,使用RETE算法进行规则推理和模式匹配,可以快速对压力机进行故障诊断并分析故障原因,
针对大型复杂系统,传统的故障树分析法会出现“组合爆炸”问题,耗时较长,导致计算结果准确度较低。二元决策图(BinaryDecision Diagrams, BDD)能够将函数的逻辑结构直观化,将BDD和 FTA结合起来可以简化传统故障树分析的过程,提高计算的准确性。Guo RC等[3]基于FTA设计了民用飞机故障诊断专家系统,并通过BDD简化了部件的概率重要度计算。HuR等[6]利用FTA建立了光电系统故障树,并用BDD对该故障树进行定性分析和定量分析。陈传海等[7}将BDD技术用于数控机床
