单侧载体多工位级进冲模模具结构偏载分析

摘要:以某汽车油箱支架结构件单侧载体多工位级进模为研究对象,通过对冲压成形过程进行全工序数值模拟获得了模具结构受力情况:针对第3工位中修边凸模受侧向力较大的现象对其进行偏载分析,获得了凸模的侧向变形量,并提出采用靠块结构来减小凸模的侧向变形;选择第3、第4、第9工位和合模时受力较大的冲压时刻,利用载荷映射系统将模具受力映射到结构分析的有限元模型上,对模具结构进行静力分析,并获得了模具结构在冲压方向和侧向的变形量;采用电阻应变测量方法对该多工位级进弯曲模在冲压成形过程中的应变值进行了测量。结果表明,采取靠块结构可有效地减小单侧载体多工位级进弯曲成形时的偏载,应变实测值与理论分析结果吻合较好。

偏载现象是级进模中普遍存在的问题,模具冲压成形时所产生与冲压方向相垂直的力称为侧向力,侧向力必须严加控制。尤其是对于单侧载体级进模偏载更加突出,侧向力会使模具产生侧向变形,严重影响冲压质量的稳定性。
模具结构的定量分析可以对结构刚度和强度进行评价,为模具结构设计提供理论指导。目前对于单工序冲压模具结构分析的研究已相对较为成熟。

Becchio E等[2]对某单工序拉深模进行结构分析获得了模具结构的变形趋势,并进一步总结出凸凹模的变形规律。美国GM公司的AitharaV等3]将汽车冲压模具成形模拟和结构分析相结合,获得了冲压的应力应变状况。Balendra研究团队的LuX等(4]对有限元建模方法进行了优化,其中弹塑性有限元模型与实际情况非常符合,模具本身发生弹性变形,可视为弹性体,而板材成形为塑性变形。因此,结构分析建模时以弹塑性体定义有限元模型能够获得准确的模拟结果。徐栋凯3以阶梯形底面盒形件拉伸模具作为研究对象,将偏载因素的影响引入冲压模具结构分析中,研究了侧向接触力对压边圈结构的影响。以上研究均是围绕单工序模具结构进行的,而关于单侧载体多工位级进模模具结构偏载分析的
