保险杠安装支架级进模具的应用与研究

套级进模的冲压生产工艺及模具来完成生产,由卷料自动进给,经多个工位的逐步连续冲压实现零件的自动化生产,通过多个定位装置对进人模具内的板料进行精准定位,提高了生产效率,且降低了模具工装的冲次费用及人工费用。通过实物在线生产验证,本保险杠安装支架的冲压工艺及级进模其满足了产品的精度要求及品质要求,提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本。

Abstract: It was introduced that the application of a car bumper mounting bracket progressive steel plate mould. Then, by analyzing the stamping process and die structure of the bumper mounting bracket, a set of progressive die for stamping process and the die were designed to complete the production. By the automatic feeding of the coil and the gradual continuous stamping of several stations, the automatic pro duction of parts was realized. Furthermore, the sheet in the die was positioned precisely by a number of positioning derices to greatly im-prove the production efficiency and reduce the tooling cost of the punch and labor costs. Finally, by on-line production verification, the stamping process and progressive die of the bumper mounting bracket ensured the preeision requirements and quality requirements with high efficiency and low production cost.

随着人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车已成为人们生活当中的必需品,如何持续保证汽车各个零件的供应,成为主机厂考虑的重要间题。内板小件一般为钢板模具,通常在小冲床上进行人工生产,需3~5个工序,每个工序安装在1台机床上,之间由工人进行传输,其生产效率较低。而自动化级进钢板模具通过卷料自动进给,初步完成产品件的冲裁,提高了生产效率[2],有效解决了生产效率低的问题。
