水平井分段注汽调剖方法研究及
影响因素分析

摘要:水平并注汽过程中,蒸汽沿着水平段的流量不断减小,蒸汽物性参数也在不断变化,加之注汽管柱内的流动阻力及储层内渗透率的不均匀性,导致储层剖面吸汽严重不均。为实现均匀配注,需根据注汽参数和井况确定每个配注器上泄流孔的个数与位置。利用建立的单管分段注汽热力学模型确定配注器的节流压降、流量和干度,分析了不同工况下单管分段配注过程中泄流孔个数、节流压降、干度以及吸汽量的分布情况。计算结果表明:注汽量越低、注汽段越长、渗透率越小,于度降幅越大;将该计算模型的参数优化方法初步应用,可效改善笼统注汽情况下剖面吸汽不均的现象,基本实现了均匀注汽效果。

Abstract: During the steam injection of horizontal wells, the flux along horizontal wells is decreasing, and physical parameters of steam are constantly changing- In addition, the flow resistance in steam injection pipes and the anisotropic permeability in the reservoir result in the serious inhomogeneity of the steam absorption profile. In order to achieve uniform steam injection of horizontal wells, this study establishes the number and location of discharge holes on each injector according to steam injection parameters and well conditions. The throttle pressure drop, flow rate and dryness of flow regulators are determined by using this single-tube steam injection model. The number of discharge holes, throttle e tneaoe unaafu pauatas adidasus jo ssad a ug ann ogons pre ssauap doup anssard analyzed in different conditions. The result shows that the lower the steam injection volume is, the longer the steam injection section is, and the smaller the permeability is, the greater drop of the dryness is. This optimization method of steam injection string has been applied to basically realize the effect of uniform steam injection
