内浮顶诸罐火灾模式与应急方法研究

摘要:为建立内浮预储罐火灾模式,研究火灾应急方法,在分析内浮顶储罐结构与火灾风险的基础上,结合国内外学者关于火灾模式的研究成果,探索研究了造用于内浮预储罐的七种火灾模式与内浮项储罐火灾应急的基本原则。结合有关应急专家意见,在分析石油储罐火灾扑救相关标准规范的基础上,研究得到基于内浮预储典型火灾模式的“工消结合”火灾应急推荐方法,为指挥人员开展火灾应急处置工作提供决策支持。

Abstract: The fire accident mode of internal floating roof tank and the fire emergency method have been studied in this paper. Based on the internal floating roof tank structure and risk analysis, combined with the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on the fire mode,7 typical fire modes which are applicable to internal floating roof tank and basic principles of inner floating roof tank fire emergency are studied. According to emergency expert's comments, based on the analysis in the specification of the oil storage tank fire fighting standards , a " technology combined with fire control" recommended fire emergency practice based on internal floating roof tank accident mode is obtained, which provides decision support for commanders to carry out fire emergency works.
