振动固井电力振动器激振力和振幅分析

摘要:为了使水混浆在候凝阶投产生振动,提高固并质量和界面胶结强度,研制了一种固井电力银动器。该振动器通过高温电池组提供电能,带动高温电机产生振动,安装在管往的底端,不会改变常规固井工艺。通过结构设计和力学分新,对该工具的激根力进行了计算,其最大激银力为1732N。运用能量法,结合某并的参数,对该工具在安装有性扶正器的直并套管产生的报幅遗行了分析,得出了其在弹性扶正器处产生的振幅计算模型,为并下振动固井工具的现场试验提供了理论指导。

Abstract: In order to make the cement slurry generate vibration in the phase of waiting on cement, and thus improve the cementing quality and interface cementing strength, an electric vibrator was developed. This vibrator is provided with power by a high-temperature battery to allow the high-temperature motor to generate vibration. It is fitted at the end of the string. Thus, the conventional cementing technique would not be changed. The exciting force of the vibrator was calculated as 1 732 N based on configuration design and mechani-cal analysis. With the energy approach and the parameters of a well, the amplitude of the vibrator generated in the vertical well casing where elastic centralizer was installed was analyzed and calculated, thereby providing theoretical guidance for the field test of vibration cementing tools.

振动固并技术能够明显提高固井质量和界面胶结强度【1-2]。目前,国内外在振动固井工具方面的研究较多,主要分为机械敲击套管振动工具、并下水力脉冲振动工具和候凝期间顶面井口环空脉冲振动工具(3-5。机械敲击套管振动工具需要用车载绞车在井口下人供电电缆【6-7],该工具的使用改变了常规固井工艺,增加了固井成本,延长了固井作业时间。井下水力脉冲振动工具无法在水泥浆候凝期间实现振
动固并。探凝期间顶面并口环空脉冲振动工具需要空气压缩机和空气脉冲发生器提供振动能量",不仅改变了常规固井工艺,还增加了固井成本。
候凝阶段的振动对界面胶结强度的提高非常重要。为此,设计了一种固井电力振动器,既不改变常规固井工艺又能在水泥浆候凝期间实现振动固井,为振动固并提供一种新的技术手段。并下水力脉冲振动工具和候凝期间顶面井口环空脉冲振动工具的
