关于诸粮安全水分合理应用的思考和探讨

摘要：储粮安全水分的应用贯穿粮食仓储管理工作的始终，从入库质量控制到日常保管以及粮食出库数量的损溢核算都与之相关。在仓储设施条件不断改善、仓储管理日益规范、粮油储藏技术发展的趋势下，粮食安全储存水分标准的制定和执行应针对不同情况加以灵活运用，以达到粮食安全和绿色环保、节能减排的要求。

Abstract: The application of moisture for the safety of grain storage runs through the ware house management from beginning to end, from quality control of storage laid up to daily custody and business accounting of profit and loss all relate to it. Under the trend of the improvement of storage facility condition, specification of storage management, development of storage technolo gy of grain and oil, the formulation and implementation of safe moisture for grain storage should be applied flexible aiming at different situations to reach the requirement of safe grain green and environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction.

一直以来，粮食仓储企业均按照《粮油储藏技术
规范和客地相关补充规定，采取烘于、晾晒、通风降水等多种措施，将长期储存（指1年储存期以上）的粮食水分严格控制在当地安全水分标准以下。这样不但有利于粮食的安全储存还保证了客项监警检查、评比的顺利进行。

作者简介：严期，男，1975年出生，工程师，主要从事粮食仓储工作，
割方式的改变，粮食进入流通环节前的整晒步骤逐步减少甚至直接忽路。粮食收购入库水分偏高的情况时有发生。仓储企业必须找准市场行情、经济效益与粮食安全水分之间的平衡点，实现既能保证粮食的储存安全还要兼顾踏准市场节奏，取得合理的经济效益的目标。那么在这种现实需求下，在我国客种先进储粮设施建设和科学储粮新技术大规模运用、粮食仓储业积极开展绿色储粮的情况下，储粮安全水分标准的制定和执行有没有可以商椎的空间呢？针对储粮安全水分的合理应用在此进行探讨。
