无下加劲弦钢桁梁柔性拱力学性能

摘要:传统的钢桁梁柔性拱为提高结构刚度,一般采用下加劲弦,主要适用于悬拼的施工方案;取消下加劲弦之后,可采用项推的施工方案,降低纵断面,减少工程总投资,其适用性更加广阔,但其结构力学性能将产生一定的变化。论文以合肥枢纽南环线跨合宁高速115+230+115m无下加劲弦钢桁梁柔性拱为基础,对其结构设计和带拱顶推施工进行研究,深人分析了该结构整体及节点力学行为和车桥耦合振动特性,探讨了正交异性复合钢桥面板首次在铁路桥上的应用成果。本桥不仅为国内最大跨度无下加劲弦钢桁梁柔性拱,而且率先于铁路桥梁中使用复合钢桥面板,并在国内首创“带拱顶推,拱脚合龙”施工方案,对同类型桥梁设计施工具有较大的参考和推广价值。

Abstract: In order to increase the structural stiffness , bottom stiffening chords are used in the traditional steel truss girder and flexible arch that cantilever erection scheme is mainly adopted . After the cancellation of the bottom stiffening chords , the incremental launching construction scheme can be adopted, and the longitudinal section height and the total investment of the project are reduced , and the applicability of the structure is more extensive , butthe mechanical properties of the structure will produce some changes. Based on the Hefei hub south loop line overpass the Hening expressway (115 +230 + 115m) bridge of steel truss girder and flexible arch with no bottom stiffening chords ,the structure design and the incremental launching scheme of the girderwith the arch are studied in this paper,the structural mechanic behaviors of global and nodal and coupling vibration characteristies of vehicle-bridge are further analyzed , and orthotropic composite steel bridge deck , which was firstly applied on the railway bridges , is also discussed. The bridge has many innovations , not only for the longest span bridge of steel truss girder and flexible arch with no bottom stiffening chords , and takes the lead in the use of composite steel bridge deckin railway bridges , and " incremental launching scheme of the girderwith the arch , arch springing closure "construction scheme is the first domestic , the bridge has great reference value for the design and construction of the same type of bridge
