振动锤环境振动减振方案的数值模拟与现场测试

摘要:振动锤打桩时引起的环境振动有可能偏大,在城市区域施工时有时会干扰人们正常的生活.鉴于此,提出了一种套简减振方法,套简将桩与土体浅层隔开,使桩在地下才与土体接触让其振动从地下开始传播,充分利用土体的几何阻尼效应和材料阻尼效应来减小地面环境振动.通过有限元软件分析了无套篇和有套筒两种情况地
值模拟和现场实测的数据,可以发现套简减振方法具有良好的减振效果,

Abstract: Environmental vibration induced by vibration hammer may be too large,the construction stage of vibration hammer sometimes disturbs people's normal life in the urban region.Sleeve vibration reduction method is proposed. The sleeve separates the pile from subsurface ground to make the pile contact with the deep soil. The vibration in the ground began to spread. Utilizing the geometrical damping effect and the material damping effect of the soil reduce environmental vibration. The Z direction vibration of the non-sleeve and the sleeve were analyzed by the finite element software. The vibration response at multiple locations is measured and recorded by the environment vibration analyzer under different working conditions. Comparison between numerical simulation and field measured data can find the good effect of the sleeve vibration reduction method.

振动桩锤是随着振动机械的发展而发展起来的,通过偏心回转激振器产生纵向振动,利用振动降低桩上摩擦力和桩端阻力,使桩能轻松沉入地基中.振动桩锤凭借其沉桩效率高、对桩损害小、调速方便、体积小、质量轻、造价低等优点,一直受到施工单位的欢迎.但在城市区域施工时会产生环境振动和噪声,环境振动一般不会对人体造成直接的伤害,但它会干扰人们的正常生活,使人们感到极度不适和心烦,甚至还会影响到人们的睡眠和休
息(2).为了防止或限制振动带来的影响与危害,现代工程中主要采用了以下几种减振措施(3)①减弱或消除振源;②在施工过程中改变施工频率控制共振;③隔断振动波传递路径如隔振沟等.其中隔振沟是现在主要使用的减振方法,隔振沟的效果与振源至沟中心的距离、沟长、沟宽及沟内填充物的性质有关[2].隔振沟的长度可以用Woods[4]提出的计算公式来取值,沟的位置和深度等应按实际测试情况决定.但在施工区域设置隔振沟需要耗费大量
