摘要:氯化钙钻井液具有较低的水活度,抑制泥页岩分散能力强。简要介绍了氯化钙在钻井液中的作用以及应用难点,考察了氧化钙质量分数、配伍处理剂和pH值对氯化钙钻并液的影响,确定了最优加量和调整方法。通过钻井液性能和滚动回收率测试确定氧化钙的适宜质量分数为20%~40%。在此基础上,对增黏剂、封堵降滤失剂和小分子保护剂等配伍处理剂进行研究,确定了合理的加量及调整范围;通过流变参数和滤失量研究,确定了合理的pH值范围为7.0~8.0。解决了该类钻井液流变性和滤失量控制难题,对技术的推广应用具有重要意义。

Abstract: Calcium chloride drlling fluid has lower water activity and excellent performance of inhibiting the dispersing of mud stone and shale stone. The functions and applying difficulties of calcium chloride in the drilling fluid are briefly presented. The effects of mass fraction of calcium chloride, kinds of compatibility agents and pH value on the performance of calcium chloride drlling fluid are investigated and the optimal concentration of calcium chloride and adjustment method are determined. Through drlling fluid properties and rolling recovery ratio test, the optimal mass fraction of calcium chloride is determined as 20% ~ 40%. Based on the above tests, the compatibility agents such as tackifier, plugging fluid loss agent and small molecular protective agent are studied, and the rational a-mount and adjustment range are obtained. The suitable pH value range is got as 7. 0 to 8. 0 by means of studying rheological parameters and filtration. The difficult problems of rheology and filtration control are solved, which is beneficial to the popularization and applica-tion of this drilling fluid technology.

氯化钙钻井液可通过压缩黏土颗粒表面扩散双电层,降低黏土颗粒的Zeta电位,减少黏土颗粒的分散度。高质量分数的氯化钙更可降低钻井液的活度,提高泥页岩井壁表面与水基钻井液的半透膜效率[1-2]。在相同的水活度及泥页岩条件下,氟化钙溶液对泥页岩产生的渗透压和膜效率明显高于氯化钾及氯化钠等,较甲酸钠及甲酸钾成本低,在无机抑制材料中具有较高的性价比,更有利泥页岩井壁的稳定,但氧化钙钻井液存在流变性和滤失量难以控制等技术难点[3-4]。笔者考察了氯化钙质量分数、配伍处理剂和pH值对氯化钙钻井液的影
