易普森多用炉甲醇氮气匹配分析研究

摘要:对易普森多用炉匹配原料气进行了分析研究,确定原料气供给波动是最终导致产品渗碳结果波动甚至出现不合格的主要原因。利用要固鱼骨图分析并调整甲醇与氮气送入量比例,有效降低
了该炉渗碳层深度波动极差,效果良好。关键词:渗碳萍火;渗碳层深度;甲醇;氮气

(China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Datong Gear Co., Lid., Datong Shanxi 037305,China) Abstract: The raw gas of Ipsen batch fumaces was analyzed,and determined the fluctuation of raw gas supply was the ultimate cause of carburizing results fluctuations or even noncompliance. We analyzed and adjusted the proportion of methanol and nitrogen by fishbone diagram, which reduced effectively fluctua-tions range of carburizing layer depth in the furnace and got the good effect.

我公司新进易普森多用炉渗碳率火生产线,安装调试后原有气氛按设备厂家调试时定的理论结果进行生产。但在实际生产中由于炉内气氛流量波动而原有匹配的原料气固定不动,致使实际生产过程

气氛波动,进而引发零件完工后检查结果波动较大,时有不合格情况发生,返修频次较高。为降低返修频次提高一次交检合格率,我们对该多用炉甲醇-氮气匹配间题进行了跟踪及数据统计分析。
