可控气氛高温大型密封多用炉的设计及应用

摘要：可控气氛高温大型密封多用炉采用耐高温抗渗碳纤维和耐火砖制成的复合炉村，最高工作温度1100℃，装炉量可达5000kg。炉底装有耐热钢滚轮，料盘进出摩擦力小，机械机构简单可靠；控制系统准确、简单实用，易操作。可广泛应用于各种碳钢和合金钢机械零部件的渗碳、碳氮共渗、
光亮淬火及模具钢高温泽火、不锈钢零件的固溶处理等工艺。关键词：可控气氛；密封多用炉；高温渗碳；设计；应用

Abstract: The lining of the controlled atmosphere large-type high temperature sealing multipurpose furmace is made of resistant high temperature, ant-carburizing fibre and firebrick. The highest working temperature of the fumace is 1100 C. The charge batch is 5000 kg. There are some refractory steel wheels on the hearth of the furmace in order to reducing friction of loading tray. The controlling system is simple, precie, dependable,practical,easy operating. The furmace can widely be used many kinds of heat treatments such as carburizing, carbonitriding ,bright-quenching of mould steel parts,high temperature quenching of die steel, solution treatment of stainless steel etc.

0概述
可控气氛高温大型密封多用炉（以下简称高温大型多用炉)是一种周期式的热处理设备，由加热室（后室）、冷却室（前室）、淬火油槽、热管式风冷换热系统、供气系统、控制系统等组成。高温大型多用炉可与周期式高温回火炉、低温回火炉、清洗机、自动移动式小车、备料台等设备组成多用炉生产线，能完成可控气氛下的高温渗碳、碳氮共渗、光亮淬火、正火、

2高温大型密封多用炉的设计 2.1研制的主要目的
(1)高温渗碳热处理，缩短工艺周期，降低生产成本：(2)不锈钢保护气氨固溶热处理，提高产品质量：(3)高合金钢的保护气氛无氧化无脱碳热处理；
