采煤机方头裂纹的原因分析

摘要：本文对采煤机方头零件在加工过程中产生裂纹的原因进行了分析。结果表明裂纹是由于二

Abstract:The cause on crack of connecting disk of coal winning machine was analyzed during the process-ing. The result showed that the crack was produced by two times tempering brittleness and cutting stress, and the crack problem was solved by appropriate adjustment heat treatment and cold processing technolo-gy.

采煤机方头是采煤机摇臂与滚筒连接的重要零件，在加工过程中经常产生裂纹，给生产造成不必要的麻烦和损失。本文就裂纹产生原因进行分析探讨。

1采煤机方头零件的技术要求
采煤机方头零件的示意图见图1。零件材料为 ZG35CrMnSi.化学成分见表1。要求材料调质硬度为280~320HB，齿部率火后硬度为45~50HRC。
