城市社区公园活力营造与环境行为研究
以南京市南湖公园为例

[摘要]成市社区公园作为居民日常生活中使用频率最高的户外休活动场所，是社区活力的重要体现。从环境行为学的相关理论入手，选择南京市南湖公图中的游人作为研究对象，通过行动观察法与抽样调查法，研究游人在不同时间、空间中的主委行为特征，探讨城市社区公园活力的营造，为合理设计社区公园提供依据。结果表明，步行可达性、亚空间、功能性要求、文娱活动、环境景观是社区公图活力营的关健要素，社区公围的营建要从规刘选址、设计策略、政策管理3个层面探讨。

Abstract: As the highest frequency of use of outdoor leisure activities in residents' daily life, urban community park is an important manifestation of the vitality of the community. This paper starts from the interrelated theory of environmentbehavior studies, chooses visitors in Nanjing Nanhu Park as the object of study,using the observation method and sampling method to study. Then, visitors' main behavioral characteristics at different times and spaces are summed up. And it discusses how to create the livingness of urban community parks. provides the basis for the rational design of community park. The results show that walking accessibility, sub space, functional requirements, cultural and recreational activities, environmental landscape are the key elements of the community park creating vitality, the construction of community park should discuss from the site selection, design strategy, policy management three aspects.

社区公园既是城市绿地系统中的重要构成要素，也是社区居民日常生活中使用频率最高、户外休闲活动开展最频累的场所川。根据2002年我国建设部颁布的城市绿地分类标准》，社区公园被定义为“为一定居住用地范围内的居民服务，具有一定活动内容和设施的集中绿地”。结合我国现行标准（城市居住区规划设计规范》GB50180的规定，社区公园包括居住区公园和小区游园2个类别，为居住区配套建设的集中绿地，具有一定活动内容和设施的活动场地，主要为其附近的居民服务。较其他类型的绿地，社区公园具有更高的使用率。
社区公园因其分布密度较高、与城市生活结合紧密、使用便利的特点，深受城市居民的欢迎。社区公园中的环境与万方数据
行为作为空间活力的构成要素与表征要索，两者关系密切了解社区公园中游人的行为偏好和相应的环境特征，对营造富有活力的社区公园，提升社区居民的生活质量，体现其社会服务功能具有重要意义。在此基础上，本文以南京市南湖公园为例，通过对该社区公园进行的相关调查与分析，探讨社区公园主要的活力构成要索，为社区公园的规划营建提供参考。
