摘要:在轴承研发过程中,采用先进的轴承试验台进行数据积累,可对深入理解轴承和油脂的摩擦磨损性能、耐热耐蚀性能和抗疲劳性能等提供重要技术手段,为改进轴承设计制造水平提供可靠依据。基于这种思路,探讨了时速超过300km/h的高铁轴承耐久性试验台的设计方案,主要阐述了高速重载机车滚动轴承耐久性试验台的结构、工作原理、主要技术参数及主机设计方法等。试验台的研制可为我国高铁轴承的国产化研究提供必要的试验装置。

means of bearing test - bed, can help us to under-stand in depth performances of bearing and grease(such as the friction and wear properties,heat re-sistance and corrosion - resistance,anti - fatigue properties,etc), and can provide reliable basis for improving the bearing design and manufacturing standards, Based on this idea, this paper discusses mainly the design scheme on rail bearing durability test - bed which speed over 300 km/h, the test -bed structure,working principle,main technical pa rameters and design methods of the key compo-nents is described in detail,respectively. The devel-opment of such a test - bed could provide the nec-essary test equipment for the localization of the high speed rail bearing.
