Abstract: The low data throughput and sam-pling frequency of existing system can not meet the requirements of the hydraulic system pressure measurement. With analyzing in detail the principle of the sampling and the process of data transfer ring,we proposed the methods of packaging sam pled data, optimizing SimpliciTI protocol,impro ving the micro controller clock frequency and ad-justing the sampling time to improve system data throughput. Finally, standard triangular signal and the actual hydraulic pressure signal were used to test the performance of the optimized system, The results show that the system data throughput is up to76.8kbit/sandtheuniformityof thesampled
