前 言
根据省住建厅鲁建标函【2011】14号文的要求,规程编制组经过广泛调查研究,认真总结分析省内外建筑地基事故原因和科研成果,并广泛征求意见,制定了本规程。本规程建筑地基安全性鉴定分级评定以满足建筑主体结构安全为目的。
本规程主要包括总则、术语和符号、基本规定、地基岩土体完整性、地基承载力安全性、地基稳定性、地基变形状态、地基不均匀沉降安全性、特殊土与不良地质作用地基安全性、地基安全性综合评定和条文说明等内容及有关附录。
