根据浙江省住房和城乡建设厅《关于印发<二○○九年度浙江省地方标准编制计划>的通知》(建设发〔2009〕306 号)的要求,本规程由浙江省建筑科学设计研究院有限公司会同有关单位共同编制完成。
本规程是在认真总结浙江省地源热泵系统的工程实践经验及研究成果、浙江省的气候地域等地方特色的基础上,开展广泛和深入的调查研究,吸收了国内相关标准规程的先进技术经验,在广泛征求意见的基础上通过反复讨论、修改与完善,经有关部门审定后完成。
本规程共分 12 章。主要技术内容是:总则,术语,基本规定,地源热泵系统设计,地埋管换热系统,地下水换热系统,地表淡水换热系统,海水换热系统,污水换热系统,系统整体运转和调试,工程验收,运行管理。本规程由浙江省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理,浙江省建筑科学设计研究院有限公司负责对具体技术内容的解释。
