本标准按照GB/T 1.1—2009和 GB/T 20001.1—2001给出的规则起草。
本标准使用重新起草法参考ISO14132-42015《光学和光学仪器 望远系统术语 第4部分∶天文望远镜术语》编制，与ISO14132-4∶2015 的一致程度为非等效。
本标准由中国机械工业联合会提出。
本标准由全国光学和光子学标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC 103）归口。
