前  言
本标准按照GB/T1.1—2009给出的规则起草。
本标准代替GB/T8313—2008《茶叶中茶多酚和儿茶素含量的检测方法》。与GB/T8313-2008 相比，主要技术变化如下∶
——化学试剂（见3.3.6，2008年版的5.5）;
——修改了儿茶素标准品的缩写（见3.3.10.3，008年版的5.9.3）;
——增加了儿茶素、咖啡碱标准品液相色谱图（见图 A.1）。
本标准使用重新起草法参考ISO14502-1∶2005《绿茶和红茶中特征物质的测定 第1部分∶福林酚试剂比色法测定茶叶中茶多酚总量》、ISO14502-2∶2005《绿茶和红茶中特征物质的测定 第2部分∶高效液相色谱法测定绿茶中儿茶素》编制，与ISO14502-1∶2005和ISO14502-2∶2005的一致性程度为等效。
本标准由中华全国供销合作总社提出。
