本标准根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅《关于印发〈2018 年度省
工程建设标准和标准设计第二批制(修)订计划〉的通知》(冀建
工〔2018〕44 号)的要求,由河北省建筑科学研究院有限公司会同
有关单位编制而成。
本标准共分为 9 章,主要技术内容包括:总则、术语和符号、
基本规定、材料、建筑设计、结构设计、构件制作与运输、施工安
装、质量验收。
本标准由河北省建筑科学研究院有限公司负责具体技术内容的
解释,由河北省绿色建筑推广与建设工程标准编制中心负责管理。
执行本标准过程中如有意见或建议,请寄送河北省建筑科学研

则
1.0.1
为规范河北省多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构的工程技术要
求,做到安全可靠、经济合理、确保质量,制定本标准。
1.0.2
本标准适用于新建居住建筑抗震设防烈度为 8 度及 8 度以下
地区且抗震设防类别为丙类的多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构的设
计、构件制作、现场施工及质量验收。
1.0.3
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋的设计、生产、施工及
验收,除应符合本标准的规定外,尚应符合国家及河北省现行有关
标准的规定。

2.1
术
语
2.1.1
预制混凝土构件 precast concrete component
在工厂或现场预先制作的混凝土构件。简称预制构件。
2.1.2
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构 multistory prefabricated
concrete perforated shear wall structure
全部剪力墙均采用预制多孔墙板构建成的多层装配式混凝土
剪力墙结构。
2.1.3
预制混凝土多孔墙板 prefabricated concrete perforated shear
wall
预留竖孔、竖孔之间设置纵肋的预制钢筋混凝土墙板。简称多
孔墙板。
2.1.4
钢丝绳套灌浆连接 grout splicing of wire rope sleeve
预制墙板侧边预埋钢丝绳套环,并通过在套环内插入钢筋设置
后浇段实现的预制墙板竖缝连接方式。
2.1.5
盒式钢丝绳套 box type wire rope sleeve
由金属盒、钢丝绳套和钢丝绳夹三部分组成的,在生产运输过
程中可安放绳套,在构件安装后作为受力键槽的预埋连接件。

基 本 规 定
3.0.1
在多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋建筑方案设计阶段,
应协调建设、设计、制作、施工各方之间的关系,并应加强建筑、
结构、设备、装修等专业之间的配合。
3.0.2
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋建筑设计应按照通用化、
模数化、标准化的要求,遵循少规格、多组合的原则。
3.0.3
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋建筑应按照集成设计
原则,建筑、结构、给水排水、暖通空调、电气、智能化和燃气等
专业应进行协同设计。
3.0.4
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋建筑设计宜采用标准化
的功能模块、部品部件等信息库,统一编码、统一规则,全专业共
享数据信息。
3.0.5
抗震设计时,多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋宜采用规
则的结构方案。不规则房屋的设计要求,应符合现行国家标准《建
筑抗震设计规范》GB 50011 的相关规定。
3.0.6
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋结构设计应符合国家现
行标准《混凝土结构通用规范》GB 55008、《混凝土结构设计规范》
GB 50010、《建筑与市政工程抗震通用规范》GB 55002、《建筑抗
震设计规范》GB 50011、《装配式混凝土建筑技术标准》GB/T 51231
及《装配式混凝土结构技术规程》JGJ 1 的基本要求,并应符合下列
规定:

应采取有效措施加强结构的整体性;

连接节点和接缝应受力明确、构造可靠,并应满足承载力、
延性和耐久性等要求;

应根据连接节点和接缝的构造方式和性能,确定结构的整体
计算模型。
3.0.7
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋中,预制构件的连接部
位宜设置在结构受力较小的部位,预制构件的尺寸和形状应符合下
列规定:

应满足建筑使用功能、模数、标准化要求,并应进行优化设
计;
2
应根据预制构件的功能和安装部位、加工制作及施工精度等
要求,确定合理的公差;
3.0.8 3 应满足制作、运输、堆放、安装及质量控制要求。
预制构件深化设计的深度应满足建筑、结构和机电设备等各
专业以及构件制作、运输、安装等各环节的综合要求。
3.0.9
部品部件的工厂化生产应建立完善的生产质量管理体系,设
置产品标识,提高生产精度,保障产品质量。
3.0.10
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋应综合协调建筑、结构、
设备和内装等专业,制定相互协同的施工组织方案,并应采用装配
式施工,保证工程质量,提高劳动效率。
3.0.11
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋应满足适用性能、环境
性能、经济性能、安全性能、耐久性能等要求,并应采用绿色建材
和性能优良的部品部件。
3.0.12
内装修系统、设备与管线系统的设计、施工、安装应符合现
行国家标准《装配式混凝土建筑技术标准》GB/T 51231的有关规定。

料
4.1
混凝土、钢筋和钢材
4.1.1
混凝土、钢筋和钢材的性能要求应符合国家现行标准《混凝
土结构通用规范》GB 55008、《混凝土结构设计规范》GB 50010、
《钢结构通用规范》GB 55006、《钢结构设计标准》GB 50017 和
《装配式混凝土结构技术规程》JGJ 1 等的有关规定。
4.1.2
预制构件的混凝土强度不宜低于C30;现浇混凝土的强度等
级不应低于C25。
4.1.3
搭接连接的钢筋应采用符合现行国家标准《钢筋混凝土用钢
第2部分:热轧带肋钢筋》GB 1499.2、《钢筋混凝土用余热处理钢
筋》GB 13014要求的带肋钢筋。
4.1.4
钢材的各项物理力学性能指标、化学成分以及耐久性要求,
应符合现行国家标准《钢结构通用规范》GB 55006、《建筑抗震设
计规范》GB 50011、《钢结构设计标准》GB 50017的规定,其质量
标准应符合《碳素结构钢》GB/T 700和《低合金高强度结构钢》GB/T
1591的规定。
4.1.5
钢筋焊接网应符合现行行业标准《钢筋焊接网混凝土结构技
术规程》JGJ 114的规定。
4.2
连 接 材 料
4.2.1
多孔墙板内布置插筋的孔洞内应采用水泥基无收缩灌浆料
或自密实混凝土,灌浆料的性能应满足表4.2.1的要求。

4.2.3
钢丝绳的伸长率不应大于4.0%,其选用应符合现行国家标准
《钢丝绳通用技术条件》GB/T 20118的相关规定:

制绳用钢丝
制绳用钢丝(包括中心钢丝、填充钢丝、绳芯钢丝)技术要求
应符合《制绳用圆钢丝》YB/T 5343 中一般用途钢丝的规定,钢丝
绳抗拉强度级对应的制绳用钢丝的抗拉强度级范围应符合表4.2.3的
规定。

芯
钢丝绳的芯可采用纤维芯、钢芯、混合芯或固态聚合物芯。
4.2.4
钢丝绳夹的选用应符合现行国家标准《钢丝绳夹》GB/T 5976
的相关规定。
4.2.5
连接用焊接材料,螺栓、锚栓等紧固件的材料应符合国家现
行标准《钢结构通用规范》GB 55006、《钢结构设计标准》GB 50017、

《钢结构焊接规范》GB 50661和《钢筋焊接及验收规程》JGJ 18等
的相关规定。
4.2.6
受力预埋件的锚板及锚筋材料应符合现行国家标准《混凝土
结构设计规范》GB 50010的有关规定。
4.3
吊环及预埋件
4.3.1
专用内埋式螺母或内埋式吊杆及配套的吊具,应根据相应的
产品标准和应用技术规定选用。
4.3.2
预埋在构件中的受力吊环应采用未经冷加工的HPB300钢筋
或Q235B圆钢制作。吊环锚入混凝土中的深度不应小于30d,并应焊
接或绑扎在钢筋骨架上,d为吊环直径。
4.3.3
吊环及预埋件的设计应符合现行国家标准《混凝土结构设计
规范》GB 50010的规定。
4.4
其 他 材 料
4.4.1
多孔墙板接缝处的密封及防水材料应符合《建筑与市政工程
防水通用规范》GB 55030的有关规定,其密封材料尚应符合下列规
定:

密封胶应与混凝土具有相容性,以及规定的抗剪切和伸缩变
形能力;密封胶尚应具有防霉、防水、防火、耐候等性能;

硅酮、聚氨酯、聚硫建筑密封胶应分别符合国家现行标准《硅
酮和改性硅酮建筑密封胶》GB/T 14683、《聚氨酯建筑密封胶》JC/T
482、《聚硫建筑密封胶》JC/T 483的相关规定。

建 筑 设 计
5.1
一 般 规 定
5.1.1
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋应模数协调,采用模块
组合的标准化设计,将结构系统、设备与管线系统和内装系统进行
集成。
5.1.2
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋应满足国家现行标准
有关防火、防腐、防水、保温、隔热及隔声等的要求。
5.1.3
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋的围护结构以及楼梯、
阳台、空调板、管道井等配套构件、室内装修材料宜采用工业化、
标准化产品。
5.2
平 面 设 计
5.2.1
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋的开间、进深、层高、
洞口等优先尺寸应根据建筑类型、使用功能、部品部件生产与装配
要求等确定。
5.2.2
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构房屋应采用楼电梯、公共管
井、厨房、卫生间等模块进行组合设计。
5.2.3
平面布置应规则,承重构件布置应上下对齐贯通。
5.2.4
门窗洞口宜上下对齐、成列布置,其平面位置和尺寸应满足
结构受力及预制构件设计要求;不应采用转角窗。
5.2.5
厨房和卫生间的平面布置应合理,其平面尺寸宜满足标准化
整体橱柜及整体卫浴的要求。

5.3
立面、外墙设计
5.3.1
外墙设计应满足建筑外立面经济美观的要求。
5.3.2
外墙饰面宜采用耐久、不易污染的材料。采用反打一次成型
的外墙饰面材料,其规格尺寸、材质类别、连接构造等应进行工艺
试验验证。
5.3.3
外墙的热工性能应符合现行国家标准《民用建筑热工设计规
范》GB 50176建筑热工计算的规定以及各类建筑的节能设计标准要
求。
5.3.4
多层装配式混凝土多孔墙板结构建筑外墙工程防水设计应
符合《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》GB 55030的有关规定。外墙
部位的多孔墙板的接缝及门窗洞口等防水薄弱部位宜采用材料防水
和构造防水相结合的做法,并应符合下列规定:
