本标准是根据山西省住房和城乡建设厅《关于印发2021年山西
省工程建设地方标准编制计划的通知》（晋建标函【2021】409号）的要求，标准编制组经过深入调查研究，认真总结实践经验，参考国内相关标准，在广泛征求意见的基础上，制定本标准。
本标准共分9章，主要内容包括：1.总则：2.术语：3.基本规
定：4.建筑；5.消防给水和灭火设施；6.排烟与补风设施：7.电气防火；8.施工与验收；9.消防安全管理。
本标准由山西省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理，由山西省建筑设
计研究院有限公司负责技术内容的解释。在执行过程中如有意见或建议，请寄送山西省建筑设计研究院有限公司（地址：太原市府东街5号；邮编：030013：邮箱：dzxf2022@126.c0m），以供今后修订时参考。
