- 前言
根据原北京市质量技术监督局《2017年北京市地方标准制修订项目计划》（京质监发（2017）2号）的要求，规程编制组经过深入调查研究，认真总结实践经验，参考国内相关标准，在广泛征求意见的基础上，制定本规程。
本规程的主要技术内容是：1总则；2术语；3基本规定；4智能化系统；5数据系统；6综合管理服务平台；7验收。
本规程由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会和北京市市场监督管理局共同负责管理，由北京市住房和城乡建设委员会归口并组织实施，由北京市智能建筑协会负责技术内容的解释。执行过程中如有意见或建议，请寄送北京市智能建筑协会（地址：北京市丰台区小屯路89号航天石化大厦9层；邮政编码：100070；电话： 010-88357719)。
