区域地下水环境监测与未来发展的思考

要:文章指出了我国地下水环境面临的严峻形势,分析了国内地下水监测体系存在的问题。以北京地区为例,回

顾了地下水监测的历史和发展过程,介绍了北京地区1:5万精度的立体分层区域监控网和地下水污染源监控网。针对北京在南水进京和京津翼协同发展的新水情条件下,提出了地下水环境监测网未来发展的对策与建议,指出必频要对监测网定期优化(包括点位密度、监测频率、测试组分)、格建数据共享平台、争取尽快立法,以确保这项工作顺利开展。关键词:地下水;监测网:污染:优化

Abstract: This paper analyzes the situation of groundwater environment in China, and the current problems of domestic groundwater monitoring system. As an example, the history and development of groundwater monitoring in Beijing are recalled, and three-dimensional layered regional monitoring nctwork and groundwatcr pollution monitoring network in Beijing area 1:50000 are introduced. Under the new hydrological conditions of South-Water-to-North and coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, the countermeasures and suggestions for future development of groundwater environmental monitoring network are put forward. This paper pointed out that it needs optimizing for periodic monitoring network (including point density, frequency of monitoring, testing component) and building a data-sharing platform and relative legislations as soon as possible for ensuring the work to carry out smoothly.

1我国地下水环境面临的形势
过去30多年来,我国国民经济取得了快速的发展,地下水资源发挥了不可估量的支撑作用,但同
时也引发了一些问题: 1.1水位持续下降
我国657个城市中,有400多个以地下水为供水水源。随着城市化进程的加快、人口的增长以及工农业的快速发展,地下水的开采量也在逐年增大。地下水位持续降低不仅造成原有集中供水源地供水能力下降迫使水厂不断改扩建甚至寻找新的水源地,而且造成局部地表植被退化、泉水断流、地面沉降等地质环境问题。不仅在我国的北方尤为突出,如
