基于功率谱容量维的液压阀故障诊断

摘要:减压阀在液压系统中很容易发生故障,对减压阀进行故障诊断对于机械系统的维护有着重要意义。该文首先利用AR模获取减压阀振动时的正常信号和故障信号的AR功率谱,根据功率谱所呈现出的自相似性,分别计算了每组数据的容量维数,并由计算结果对液压系统减压阀进行故障诊断,取得了良好效果。

Abstract: The relief valve is easy to break down in hydraulic systems, The fault diagnosis of the relief valve is significant for maintaining the mechanical system. By means of AR model, the AR power spectrum of normal and fault signals from the vibration of the relief valve was acquired respectively. According to the self-similarity of the power spectrum, the capacity dimension of each set of data was calculated in an experiment. The fault diagnosis

0前言
大自然中存在的不规则的物体,可能存在不同尺度上的相似性,称为自相似性。自相似性就是局部与整体相似,局部中又有相似的局部。本文通过建立AR模型,获取正常状态和故障状态下信号的AR功率谱,再根据其自相似性,采用分别计算其容量维数的方法来进行故障诊断。

1减压阀液压回路系统
实验研究的减压阀为先导式减压阀。油液经液压泵至主油路,液压泵排出油液的最大压力由溢流阀根据主油路的需要来调节。当液压缸需要的压力要比液压泵的供油压力低时,这时可在油路中串上一减压阀来进行减压,减压阀可保证减压后压力恒定。减压阀数据采集系统如图1所示。
当减压阀进出油口有异物,压力偏高或偏低都会影响到减压阀的正常运行,为了获取减压阀在故障状态下的运行信号,本文进行的实验特设置了在减压阀进油口和出油口同时加3mm铁芯的故障,通过实验可以近似模拟减压阀工作故
