330MW汽轮机轴封漏汽原因分析及处理

摘要:针对神华内蒙古国华准格尔发电有限责任公司3号机组大修后高、中压排汽端轴封漏汽量大的问题,结合北京北重汽轮电机有限责任公司生产的机型特点,分析认为轴对间隙调整值偏大是轴封漏汽的主要原因。为防止长期轴封漏汽导致轴承箱内油中带水、重要保护测点损坏或误动等,在不改变汽轮机运行参数的情况下,新增1路高、中压缸排汽侧轴封回汽至低压疏水扩容器管道,大幅降低了轴封漏汽量,且未对机组真空造成额外影响,经济性显著提高。

Abstract:Contrary to problem on turbine's high and intermediate pressure exhaust pipe shaft seal large leakage after overhaul in Shenhua Inner Mongolia Guohua Zhungeer Power Generation Co.,Lid. No.3 unit, also combining with the unit model features, analysis that main reason is bearing clearance adjustment value too large. In order to prevent long-term shaft seal leakage lead to oil with water in bearing box and important protection measuring point damagement, add a new pipeline between gland steam main pipe and low pressure hydrophobic expansion, which has reduced seal steam leakage greatly, also has not affect the vacuum, can be reference for other units of similar transformation.

汽轮机轴封漏汽现象是发电企业中较为普遍的问题。从根本上治理汽轮机轴封漏汽则需调整轴封间隙,因揭缸处理工期长,机组一般性或临时性停检时因工期短而无法满足上述要求。考虑到

机组的安全性,一般是启动2台轴加风机或在漏汽处加装轴流风机,防止漏汽窜人轴承箱导致润滑油中带水。本文结合神华内蒙古国华准格尔发电有限责任公司(以下简称国华准电公司)3号机组大修后高、中压排汽端轴封漏汽量大的现象进行分析,并提出了相应的解决措施,供同类型机组借鉴。
