四川省洪雅县2008年至2010年暗媚人群艾滋病高危

【摘要】目的：了解洪雅县暗婚人群艾滋病高危行为的流行变化趋势，评估干预工作效果，为制定行为干预策略和措施提供依据。方法：2008年至2010年，每年采用两阶段分层抽样的方法，对抽中的暗婚人群进行间卷调查和血清学调查。结果：略娟人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率逐年提高。最近1次商业性行为的安全套使用率在2008年至2010年由66.5%提高到 76.5%（P<0.001）;2010年内最近1个月坚持每次都使用安全套的额率较2008年和2009年有了明显提高，上升到46%（P<0.001)；HIV感染率为0，梅毒感染率有所上升，主要集中在低档人群。结论：经过高频率的干预，各项成效逐步显现，不同暗娟场所的暗娟艾滋病知识知晓率、性交易中安全套使用、就医行为等方面都有所提高，在所调查的暗娟人群中检出HIV
感染者为0，各类场所均检出梅毒，低档场所梅毒的感染率较高，今后的干预工作中应重点放在低档场所的暗婚人群中。【关键调】暗娟人群；梅毒；HIV；调查

[ Abstract] Objective; To study the trends of the prevalence of AIDS and syphilis, AIDS-related knowledge,attitudes,behavior status among female commercial sex workers and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, so as to provide relevant information and basis for further behavioral intervention in other establishments. Methods: Aceording to * Hongya C-MAP project plan" ,from 2008 to 2010,re spondents were selected with two-stage stratified sampling; the information was collected with questionnaire survey. Results: Awareness of AIDS prevention knowledge has gradually increased among commercial sex workers, The condom use rate in last sexual behavior from 66.5% in 2009 ,up to 76.5% in 2010. Compared with the 2008 and 2009,recent frequeney of condom use, insisted each time has been significantly improved,up to 46% ; HIV infeetion rate to zero,syphilis infeetion rates has inereased,mainly in low grade erowd, Con-clusion; After high-frequency interference,the effectiveness gradually appeared the AIDS awareness, condom use in sex trade, medical treatment and other aspects of female commercial sex workers are improved.
