要:以九水硝酸铁[Fe(NOs)3-9H2O]和柱状5A分子筛为原料采用湿法浸渍法制备Fe-5A催化剂,催化湿式H2O2氧化亚甲基摘
蓝溶液,考察了间歌反应器中pH值和温度对亚甲基蓝转化率的影响及在连续固定床反应器中床层催化剂装填量、进料液流量、温度和亚甲基蓝入口浓度对亚甲基蓝降解性能的影响.结果表明,在间歇反应中,在亚甲基蓝浓度50mg/L、温度70C、pH为 2、反应20min的条件下,亚甲基蓝的转化率为95.9%.固定床反应中,随温度降低及进料液流量增加,亚甲基蓝转化率降低:随亚甲基蓝入口浓度增加,亚甲基蓝和化学需氧量(COD)的转化率变化幅度很小,在温度70C及pH=2、进料液流量4mL/min、 Fe-5A催化剂装填量1.25g、亚甲基蓝浓度50~300mg/L、固定床连续运转5h的条件下,亚甲基蓝的转化率超过98%,COD% 关键词:Fe-5A催化剂:催化:湿式氧化:亚甲基蓝:间歌反应器;固定床反应器

School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510641, China) Abstract: Fe5A catalyst was prepared by wet impregnation method using Fe(NOs)-9H2O and column 5A zeolite as raw materials. Batch experiments using Fe5A as catalysts were conducted to investigate the effects of pH and temperature on methylene blue conversion. In addition, the effects of catalysts filling amount, feed flow rate, temperature and inlet methylene blue concentration on the of methylene blue degradation performance using Fe5A catalyst in a continuous fixed bed reactor were studied. The results showed that the conversion rate was 95.9% at 20 min when the inlet methylene blue concentration was 50 mg/L, temperature was 70'C and pH was 2. The conversion of methylene blue decreased with the decrease of temperature or the increase of flow rate during the fixed bed reaction. eeseaeeaa inlet methylene blue concentration. The conversion rates of methylene blue and COD were above 98% and 82%, respectively, and iron leaching concentration was below 3.5 mg/L under the conditions of initial concentration of methylene blue 50~300 mg/L, temperature of 70'C, pH of 2, feed flow rate of 4 mL/min, and Fe5A catalyst filling amount of 1.25 g when the fixed bed was running continuously for 5 h. The methylene blue (50 mg/L) conversion rate was only 73.3% in the fixed bed of 2.5 g 5A zeolite at the same experimental conditions.
