火电企业节能减排的长效机制

摘要：随看我国社会的发展，科学技术电在逐渐进步，人们对于电力系统的需求在特续增加，固此火电系统的发展也能够为人们的生活带来越来越多的便利，不断满足人们日益增加的需求。现阶投，我国的火电企业是能源消费的重要企业，并且其中具有非常大的节能潜力。在我国发展到“十二五”期间，火电企业在发展过程中，节能减排面临着非常严重的挑战，因此还需要建立起火电企业节能减排的长效机制。同时在持续实行节能减排日标的基跨上，还需要及时采取相应的措施，发挥出火电企业在节能减排过程中的积极性，这样也能够帮助我国快速出台节能减排的优惠政策，强化全业的主体地位，完善火电企业节能减排的合理有效的长效机制，为我国电力事业的发展做出责款。

一、火电企业节能减排现状
现阶段，随着我国火电企业的不断发展，电力装机容量以及发电量一直处于世界的前列，在火电系统中发电装机的容量中，火电量所占的比重甚至超过了70%以上，而发电量在火电中所占的比重达到80%左右。火电企业以其经济性，还有可调度的性质，以及机组运行过程中的可靠性，还有火电企业发展过程中技术的成熟性，都具有非常强的优势。虽然在火电发展的过程中，还包括核电和水电以及太阳能等新型能源，以及可再生能源的不断发展，并且电源的结构也在不断的进行优化，但是目前来看，火电企业依然是我国电力发展中的主力，同时也是造成污染的重点排放源。
蛋然说火电企业和煤炭、钢铁、有的金属、石油化工等都属于是高能耗的企业，但是火电企业不仅是耗能企业，同时也是重点污染物的排放源。从“十一五”开始，我国就提出了“节能减排”的口号，号召各个行业和企业加强节能减排管理和规划。经过近些年的努力，我国的节能减排工作也取得了一定的成果，环境污染和能源浪费得到了明显的改善。

、火电企业节能减排过程中面临的挑战 1.火电企业节能减排空间狭窄
在“十二五”期间，我国火电企业的供电煤耗、火电厂的用电率以及火电行业二氧化硫和氨氧化物的排放量，比十一五”期间都要实现更大幅度的下降。
火电企业在节能减排方面取得了一定的成功，但是仍然需要继续努力。火电企业面临节能空间的进一步收窄，节能减排难度加大的现状，必须采取相应的措施予以应对，例如实行机组淘汰或对机组进行相关的改造，以期取得良好的效果。
