摘要:为了研究电解前后煤中硫分的变化,对含硫量为3.08%的高硫煤样进行电化学脱疏处理。用氨氧化钠溶液浸泡煤样后进行电化学处理,对电解后煤样进行洗涤、过滤、烘干。采用X射线荧光技术、X-射线衍射技术和红外光谱仪等检测手段,分析电解后煤样元素和有机基团的变化。实验结果表明:电解后煤中硫铁矿、双硫键明显较少,说明电解反应可以脱除煤中大部分硫。

Abstract: In order to study the changes of sulfur content in coal before and after electrolytic, electrochemical desulfurization mechanism, this experiment adopts the total sulfur content up to 3. 08% of the high sulfur coal sample, sulfur content are mainly pyrite sulfur, organic sulfur. First of all, with a sodium hydroxide solution soak in electrolysis after coal sample, the electrolytic coal sample after washing, filtering and drying. Then, by X ray fluorescence technology, X ray diffraction technology and infrared spectrometer, qualitative and quantitative analysis of coal samples after electrolytic elements, the change of the organic groups in coal. The experimental results show that the sulfur in coal has significantly decreased after electrolytic, explain the electrolytic reaction to removal of sulfur in coal.
