关于煤层气水合物固化储运技术的探讨

摘要:针对煤矿抽采低浓度瓦斯排空的现状,提出对抽采瓦斯采用水合固化储运的新途径。煤层气水合技术是来来瓦斯等气体分离提纯与固化储运的主要技术之一。瓦斯水合化分离提纯与固化储运技术不仅解决传统的瓦斯治理与利用方面所面临的问题,而且随着瓦斯水合化分离提纯与固化储运技术的完善,将促使瓦斯等类似气体的产业链形成。该技术对瓦斯气体的防治与利用方面具有重大意义。

Abstract: Contrapose to the present situation that empty the low concentration mashgas during the gas drainage. With the regard to the gas drainage,put forward a new way that adopted the hydration curing to deal with storage and transportation. In the future,hydration technique of coalbed methane is one of the cheif technique,it can separate,purify, solidify and storage the mashgas and other similar gas, Not noly did the technique of separation and purification of gas hyrate storage and transportation but also with the technique of separation and purification of gas hyrate storage and transportation successfully consummated. It will promote the industry chain of the mashgas and other similar gas fomation. It is of great significance to this technique for the mashgas's preventive treatment and utilize.

煤层气俗称瓦斯,是指赋存在于煤层中以甲烷为主要成分、以吸附在煤基质颗粒表面为主、部分游离于煤孔隙中或溶解于煤层中的烃类气体,

是煤的伴生矿产资源,属非常规天然气。我国是世界上瓦斯灾害最严重的国家,瓦斯开发利用率不高,偏远地区煤矿和瓦斯涌出量相对较小的煤矿将开发的瓦斯气体作为废气大量排人大气中,这样既浪费了能源、又不利用于环保。
传统瓦斯防治与利用主要问题有以下几方面:①体积分数小于30%的瓦斯气体直接被排放到大气中,这样既造成环境污染又造成能源浪费。
