供热系统经济运行中存在的问题分析

摘要：供热系统是城市必不可少的公共基础设施，在面对节能减排，加快新能源供热模式的背景下，提高供热系统的经济效益，保证其低成本、低耗能运行是当前供热管理的重要内容。文中我国供热系统经济运行中所存在的问题作为切入点，提出解决供热系统经济运行存在问题的具体对策，以此完善我国城市供热系统的低成本、低耗能运行。

In this paper, the problems in the operation of the heating system in our country economy as the breakthrough point, put forward the concrete countermeasures to solve the problem of heating system of economic operation, in order to improve the urban heating system of low cost, low energy to run.

供热系统是我国城市必不可少的公共基础设施，其任务就是生产热能，服务公众。随着我国城镇化建设规模的不断扩大以及人们生活水平的不断提高，我国供热事业也得到快速发展。然而在供热事业快速发展的背后是能源消耗过大、经济效益不高以及管理模式粗放等间题突出，因此基于我国供给侧结构性改革及全面建成小康社会的目标，正确解决供热系统经济运行中所存在的问题是供热企业管理的重要任务之一[]。文中基于多年的工作实践，就如何解决供热系统经济运

供热系统经济运行突出经济性和生态效益性，结合我国供热系统的运行模式主要包括以下特征：(1)规模化。随着城镇化建设步伐的加快，城市供热网络的规模也在不断增加，规模化的发展降低了供热的平均成本，实现了资源的整合力度；(2)效益化。供热系统经济运行实现效益化。一方面是城市集中供热的经济效益。城市供热系统成本的构成主要包括设备建设费用、运行费用以及维护管理费等等，通过经济运行管理能够实现城市集中供热的经济效益。例如通过一次性建设投人可以让更多的用户享受供热服务，从而缩
