北京”阳光校园”建设综合设计
一以北京八一中学为例

摘要:随着我国节能减排、低碳经济的不断发展,北京中小学“阳光校图”建设也取得了不小的成就。“阳光校园工程”将在北京有条件的中小学建设太阳能热水、太阳能灯、小型并网光伏发电、太阳能科普教室等工程。本文结合作者在参与北京阳光校园建设中的分析,提出阳光校的进一步发展的理念。在考虑技术发展,成本下降,北京“阳光校园”建设可以进一步扩展内涵,从建设硬件,扩展到和教学、技术评估相结合;同时利用学校作为教育的场所,尝试更新的技术,促进激发广大中小学生对新技术的了解认识,进一步增强学生获取知识,为未来的创新打下基础。阳光校园的建设可以随着北京市鼓励分布式发电,将分布式发电接入电网的进程逐渐实施,可以考虑更多发电利用和多样系统结合,向电网输电,这样就可以进一步节省成本,多样化利用清洁发电技术。

Abstract: Based on the plan from Beijing Development and Reform Commission, by 2012 Beijing launched the Sunshine School Project in full scale. And it is planned to have more than 50% of elementary school and high school to be Sunshine School, equipped with roof top solar PV. This paper presents an integrated design for renewable energy mainly focusing on solar PV and small wind power turbine, together linking with teaching class and activities in schools. In additional to traditional utilization of solar PV for power generation, hot water supply and lighting, by reviewing most recent progress on solar and wind technology progress, this paper presents more diverse dimension to utilize solar and wind, including direct use of electricity from solar PV, wind turbine, walking way power generation system. Combing the utilization of renewable energy in school with teaching class and scientific club in school was designed, to recycle used rechargeable battery, design the system by students, monitoring and reporting the effects to use renewable energy etc.
