校园楼宇供暖集中监控系统研制及应用

摘要:针对目前高校供暖面积分布广,管理难度大,系统能耗高等特点,研制开发了一套校园楼宇供暖集中监控系统,并通过校园局域网实现了校园供暖集中监控,采用温差控制方式调节各楼供联温度,利用不同的供暖模式实行分楼分时段供暖。实例应用结果表明,该系统技术先进、经济实用,节能效果显著,适合在高校推广使用。

Abstract: The centralized monitoring system of heating among the building complex has been developed because of the wide heating distribution, the difficulty in management and the high energy consumption of the system in the university. The heating system is under centralized monitoring by the campus local area network. The temperature difference control mode is used to adjust the heating temperature of the building complex and different heating models are utilized to supply heating to different buildings at different time intervals. The application of this system has proved its advanced technology , economy and practicality and striking energy saving effects, so it is popularized suitably in the university

高校是我国教育和科研的重要场所,供暖质量的好坏、服务水平的高低直接影响教学、科研工作的顺利开展。满足需求,节约能源,保护环境,降低能耗,是当前构建节约型校园的重要环节。随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,北方高校校园供暖面积迅猛增长,不仅造成能源的大量消耗而且也给校园供暖管理增加了困难,尤其是教学楼、办公楼、实验楼和学生宿舍楼等不同用途的楼宇,虽然在不同时段供暖温度需求不同,但由于共

用一套供暖系统,且楼内缺少有效的调控手段,只能实行同一温度供暖,因而造成较大能源浪费。鉴此,本文研制了一套校园楼宇供暖集中监控系统,旨在为校园供暖节能管理提供一种新途径。

1.1实现目标及控制方案
(1)按需调温。即根据各楼实际需求温度自动调节供暖循环流量。采用供回水温差调节方式,设定不同的供回水温差实现按需供暖控制。
(2)分时段供暖。即根据楼内人员流动情况分时段供暖,楼内有人时供暖,楼内无人时停暖。
