Abstract:China-Maldives Friendship Bridge is located in the low latitudes area of Indian Ocean. The wave condition nearby bridge site is severe, presents the characteristics of long-period and large-wave height. Based on the real-time wave monitoring system and the ship motion attitude sensor on the floating crane, the reasonable operation window is formulated to guide the floating crane operation at sea which has effectively improved barge construction efficiency and ensure the safety. By use of the auxiliary platform plus cantilever guide frame system, the accuracy of the steel pipe casing driving is well eaea with two fulcrums, and lift steel pipe casing with the single fulcrums, which innovates the construction technology, and improves the construction efficiency.

钻孔灌注桩作为桥梁基础常见的结构形式,由于其适应地质情况广泛、施工技术成熟,目前已较多地应用于国内外桥梁、建筑、市政等工程领域。钢护筒施沉是水上钻孔桩施工的关键工序,其施沉精度直接影响到桩基质量,常规方法是首先进行钻孔平台的搭设,再在钻孔平台上设置定位导向架来完成钢护简的施沉。随着大型跨海桥梁的建设日益增加,深水大直径桩基础也越来越多,部分桥架基础施工时直接将钢护筒作为钻孔平台基础,对护筒施工精度要求极高。面对多变的海洋性气候、复杂的水文地质条件、复杂的施工技术等诸多不利要素,传统工艺已无法满足全部施工要求,需采取创造性的施工工艺,以攻克一系列技术难题,满足大

型跨海桥梁的建设需求。 1工程概述
中马友谊大桥位于马尔代夫北马累环礁(North MaleAtoll),跨越GaadhooKoa海峡,连接环礁上马累岛、机场岛(瑚湖尔岛)和胡鲁马累岛3个相邻岛屿,是马尔代夫最重要的岛屿连接线工程。路线全长2.0km,其中桥梁长度为1.39km,桥梁跨径布置为18×30m(引桥)+(100m+2×180m+140m+ 100m+60m)(主桥)+3×30m(引桥)。主桥为5 墩6跨组合混合梁V形墩刚构桥,桥长760m;引桥为30m预应力混凝土1型梁桥,桥长630m;两侧接线长610m。主桥桥跨结构如图1所示。
主桥基础采用Φ3.2m/3.6m,Φ2.8m/3.2m的变截面钢管复合桩基础,其钢护筒材质为Q345C,规格为Φ3.2m×32mm和3.6m×32mm2种类型。
