深层冲击成孔振动环境影响分析

【摘要】对郑州中心城区某场地胶结层冲击钻孔施工进行现场监测,监测内容主要有地表加速度、深部土层加速度及土层的分层沉降。对深层沉降及地表报动频谱进行分析,得出现场施工对淤泥质粉质黏土的扰动程度及地表振动规律,并合理评价冲击振动对周边环境影响。研究表明:冲击产生的振动在地表和地层内部衰减较快。测得的
要由软弱层振陷引起,建筑物差异沉降小于规范要求。

The major monitoring parameters included surface acceleration, deep layered acceleration and layered settlement. Based on analysis of layered settlements and surface vibration spectrum, conclusions were drawn regarding the principles of surface vibration and the degree of disturbance to mucky silty clay caused by the drilling process. The environmental impact induced by drilling construction was properly evaluated. This study shows that vibration caused by drilling decreases rapidly in surface and formation. The measured vibration frequencies are mainly in high-frequency side. Vibration caused by drilling did not resonate with building, and hence the impact on building was limited. Ground settlements were mainly caused by vibration-subsidence of soft layers. Differential settlement of the building is less than the regulatory requirements.

测试提供借鉴。工程概况
监测场地位于郑州市花园路以西,纬三路以北。场地内拟建建筑地下3层为车库及设备用房,主楼地上33层,总高度约139.3m,基坑开挖深度为 18~20m。桩基施工至深部38~45m胶结层后旋挖钻机无法进尺,改用冲击成孔法,总桩数为270根。
