隧道监控量测自动预警管理系统设计与应用

(1.北京工业职业技术学院建筑与测绘工程学院,北京100042;2.北京工业大学建筑工程学院,北京100124)[摘要】隧道监控量测是隧道施工的一个重要工序,也是新奥法隧道施工的三要素之一,目前大多采用Excel对数据进行存储和处理,由于隧道监控量测任务量较大,每天从现场采集回来的数据量十分巨大,单纯依靠技术员手工在Excel中对数据进行输人、存储、分类处理以及生成报表会占用很多人力、物力,而且极易出错。由于缺乏实用、高效的监控量测数据分析和处理技术,监测工作难以发挥真正作用。基于Microsoft公司的Access开发了具有友好用户界面的隧道监控量测自动预警管理系统,实现了监测数据录人、存储、查询、报警、回归分析处理等功能,有效地提高了效率和管理水平

Abstract : Tunnel monitoring measurement is an important step of the tunnel construction, it is also one of the three elements of the new Austrian tunnel construction method. At present, most monitoring measurement uses Excel to storage and processing of data. Because of the large amount of tunnel monitoring measurement tasks, and every day the amount of data that had been collected from the scene is very huge, rely on the technician manually for data in Excel data input, storage, sorting, processing, and generate reports that will take up a lot of manpower and material resources, even an error. Because of the lack of practical and efficient monitoring data analysis and processing technology, monitoring work is difficult to play a real role. In this paper, tunnel monitoring warning management system automatically is based on the Microsoft Access development platform, it has a friendly user interface and realize the monitoring of data entry, storage, retrieve, automatically generate report, regression analysis, etc. The application of the tunnel monitoring automatical warning management system effectively improves the efficiency and management level.

在山岭地区不论采用任何方法开挖隧道等地下设施都会造成其周围岩体内力的重新分布,对周围岩体的整体性、稳定性产生影响,改变原有岩体的受力状态,从而不可避免地引起隧道工程在施工过程中的拱顶沉降、净空收敛、地表沉降等位移变形现象。这些沉降和收敛的现象具备一定的必然规律,通过对这些规律的研究可以判断岩体的稳定

与否、支护结构是否有效以及隧道施工方法安全与否,可以及时预测可能出现的施工隐患,及时调整施工和支护形式,优化施工方案,保障隧道的施工安全。从目前国内隧道监控量测工作的现状看,目前大多采用Excel对数据进行存储和处理,为了更好地服务于现场信息化施工,更好地管理监测数据,及时准确地进行数据处理和分析,以及日后可以更加便捷准确地查找历史数据,对监控量测数据做到快速分析、快速决策,满足指导隧道施工的需
