微机绝缘接地监测装置在抽水蓄能电站的应用

摘要:发电厂、变电站中直流系统接地故障实时、准确的检测对于保障电力系统的安全运行十分重要。文中介绍了电桥平衡法、交流注入法、直流法的基本原理及优缺点。介绍了某抽水蓄能电站微机绝缘接地装置的基本原理。简述了微机绝缘接地装置在抽蓄电站的应用。通过对微机绝缘接地装置的设置和调试,装置可实时监测母线和各支路的绝缘电阻,根据装置的告警信息准确查找绝缘降低或接地的支路。

Abstract:Real - time and accurate detection of DC system ground fault in power plants and substations is very important to guarantee the safe operation of power system. This paper introduces the basic principles and advantages and disadvantages of bridge balance method, AC injection method and DC method. It is introduced that the basic principle of microcomputer insulation grounding device of a pumped storage power station. This paper introduces the application of microcomputer insulated grounding device in pumped storage power station.Through the setting and debugging of microcomputer insulated grounding device, the device can monitor the insulation resistance of busbar and branches in real time, and find the branch of insulation reduction or grounding accurately according to the alarm information of the device.

直流系统为整个抽水蓄能电站的信号、控制、继电保护、监控计算机等重要装置的操作提供了持续稳定的电源输送。由于构成直流系统的各种继电保护自动装置、控制设备、二次电缆、端子箱等处于户内或户外的两种不同环境,在长期运行

过程中会由于环境的改变、气候的变化、电缆磨损、设备本身的问题等导致绝缘部件老化破损。同时因为灰尘沉淀、金属生锈、潮湿、漏水等各种因素的作用,极大提高了发生直流系统接地故障的概率。当发生一点接地故障时,由于没有短路电流流过,熔断器不会熔断,仍能继续运行。但是这种接地故障必须及早发现,否则当发生另一点接地故障时,有可能引起信号回路、控制回路、继电保护等的不正确动作。
