风力发电机组振动监测技术应用与实践

摘要:当前,风力发电已成为世界新能源发电中发展最迅速的行业,我国风电总装机容量已跃居世界第一。但由于缺乏关键技术,育目扩大风电场建设,加之环境悉劣,国产风电机组故障发生率明显高于国外,这不仅增加了风力发电机组维修费用,也大大降低了发电可靠性。开展风电机组的运行状态监测,可以提前发现设备运行隐患,实现风力发电机设备的计划检修,是降低生产维修成本、防止重大事故发生的有效措施。

Abstract: At present, wind power has become the world's most rapid development of new energy power industry, China's total installed capacity of wind power has been ranked first in the world. But because of the lack of key technologies, blindly expand wind farm construction, coupled with the harsh environment, failure of domestic wind turbine was significantly higher than that in foreign countries, which not only increases the wind turbine maintenance cost, but also greatly reduce the reliability of power generation. To carry out the operation condition monitoring of the wind turbine, it can find the hidden trouble of equipment operation in advance, and realize the plan maintenance of the wind turbine generator equipment. It is an effective measure to reduce the cost of production and maintenance and prevent the occurrence of major accidents.

截止2015年底,我国风电装机容量达到 14.5CW,为全球风电装机规模第一大国。目前,随着业界对风电机组单机产能和风场风能利用率要求的提高,以及对单机容量需求的不断增大,已投人运行风电机组的单机容量持续增大,同时海上风力发电机组和风电场的开发迅速,进一步加快了大容量风电机组的发展。为满足风电市场高收稿日期:2016-09-11

速增长需要,我国大批新型风力发电机组匆忙投人规模化生产运行,如此短的时间,不可能准确地检验机组的质量,考察运行可靠性,这无疑增加了生产技术风险和机组不正常运行导致的经济风险。另外,风电场所处的环境和气候条件恶劣,使发生故障的潜在可能性和方式也相应增加,一且这些设备发生故障而失效,将造成巨大的经济损失。
