可拓工程方法在火电厂煤粉着火
及时性评价中的应用

摘要:考虑到煤粉能否及时着火对于电站锅炉安全经济运行的重要程度,提出基于物元概念和可拓集合理论的可拓物元评价方法。在建立评价等级指标和评价模型的基础上,通过计算与煤粉燃烧及时性有关的状态参数和各种评价等级之间的可拓关联度,由关联度的大小判断锅炉煤粉的着火状态是否及时。最后通过实例表明,此方法用于评价锅炉煤粉着火状态的有效性、准确性及工程实用性。

Abstract: Considering the importance that pulverized coal can ignite or not to the safe and economy operation of power plant boiler, an extensive matter - element evaluation method is proposed based on the matter element concept and the extensive set theory. On the basis of building evaluation level indicators and evaluation model, by calculating extensive correlation degree between the state parameters with the ignition timeliness of pulverized coal and every evaluation rank, we can decide the ignition timeliness of pulverized coal in boiler is timely or not according to correlation degree. Finally the effectiveness, accurateness and practicability of the method using in evaluating the ignition state of pulverized coal have been proved through an example.

煤粉能否及时着火对电站锅炉安全稳定运行有重要作用。若煤粉着火过早,则燃烧器区域温度过高,极易引起燃烧器区域结渣和水冷壁高温腐蚀;反之,若着火推迟,则炉火焰中心上移,使得炉膛上部及出口结渣,而且容易引发过热器超温及爆管事故,增加了运行调节难度。电站锅炉

内部燃烧机理极为复杂,即使是有较为先进的监测手段和装置,运行人员对炉内燃烧过程的认识仍然比较模糊,经常是凭借经验对燃烧工况进行调整。所以很有必要对燃煤锅炉煤粉着火状态进行评价,以确定其着火是否及时,这有利于评估燃烧器运行风险,为运行人员提供科学指导,亦可为维修决策提供相应的依据。文献[1]中应用模糊数学理论,对某电厂EⅡ670-13.8=545KT型锅炉煤粉着火状态做了定量评价。然而这种方法在建立评价对象的隶属函数间题上,显示出其运算量很大而且主观性较强的缺点。这样很可能会使
