摘要:核电厂安全壳喷淋系统的主要功能是当发生导致安全壳内压力和温度升高的事故(LOCA或二回路管道皱裂事故)后,通过喷淋系统的投人降低安全壳内的压力和温度,保证一回路压力的完整性,是反应堆保护系统的重要组成部分,除了要求有极高的可靠性外,还应有足够低的误动概率,以避免产生严重的核安全风险和造成巨大的经济损失。基于此,本文作者结合某核电厂实际工程案例对安全壳喷淋系统的仪控设计方案进行可靠性分析,通过运用概率论的方法,对两种不同技术方案进行具体比较,得
出相应的结论,为核电厂重要逻辑的实现方案做了有益的探讨,拓展了新的思路。关键词:安全壳喷淋;表决逻辑;DCS;拒动率;误动率;概率论

Abstract: The main safety function of the containment spray (CS) system is to reduce the pressure and temperature of the containment when an accident (such as LOCA and pipe fracture in the secondary loop) occurs, so as to maintain the integrity of the containment. The containment spray system is an important part of the reactor protection system. To achieve above functions, containment spray requires higher reliability and lower mal-function rate to avoid accident and economic loss, based on which the author gives different designs of CS signal realized in DCS combined with project experience and uses the basic probability theory to analyze the reliability and availability for such design, eventually gives the conclusion.
