后处理中试厂放射性流体输送设备应用总结

摘要:核燃料后处理厂处理的对象具有高放射性,输送放射性流体应尽量采用免维修或易维修设备。我国核燃料后处理中试厂采用了多种放射性流体输送设备,例如:空气升液器、蒸汽喷射泵、真空虹圾装置、特殊机泵、扬液器、库斗流量计、压空喷射器、罗茨鼓风机等。本文结合这些流体输送设备在中试厂主工艺厂房的应用情况和调试经验,对这些设备的特点、使用要求和实际运行情况进行了技术总结,对各种放射性流体输送设备性能进行了评价,对效射性流体输送设备的选型提出了一些建议,最后提出些能够在大厂放化厂房中推广使用的一些设备的改进方向,为大型核料后处理厂等项目中放化厂房设计及相关科研提供参考,

Abstract: Processing objects in nuclear fuel reprocessing plant is of high-level radioactivity. The delivery of the radioactive fluid should use maintenance-free or maintenance-easy devices. Our Chinese pilot reprocessing plant has used many kinds of radioactive fluid delivery devices, such as, air lift, steam ejector, vacuum siphon device, special machine pump, air ejector, blower and so on. According to the application status and the test experience in the pilot reprocessing plant, this article summarizes the features, using requirements and run status of these radioactive fluid delivery devices, and meanwhile evaluates the performance of those devices with the purpose of providing suggestions for radioactive workshop design of commercial nuclear fuel reprocessing plant and related study. At last, this article makes some proposals on how to choose the right delivery device for different kinds of radioactive fluid, and also provides some
