整体针翅管混合管束滑油冷却器

摘要:对整体针翅管混合管束滑油冷却器进行实验研究,在壳程流通横截面积相同条件下,分别在单流程和双流程滑油冷却器中进行实验,得出混合管束在两种流程下的换热和流动阻力特性。结果表明:单流程布置单位体积换热量能达到双流程的1.5倍;总传热系数达到1.3倍;壳侧压降不到三分之一。实验结论
可以为流程选择和管型布置提供参考。文章最后给出适合工程应用的换热准则关系式。关键调:冷油器;双流程;整体针翅管;混合管束

Abstract: The lubricating-oil cooler with mixing integral pin-fin bundles were studied experimentally. The single-flow and double-flow cooling experiments have been done with the same flow area of the shell. The characteristics of heat transfer and flow resistance were analyzed. Comparing a single-flow with double-flow arrangement, heat transfer capacity unit volume is 1.5 times; heat transfer coefficient is 1.3 times; pressure at shell side drops by less than one third. Experimental results provide reference for process selection and arrangement of tube. At last, heat transfer equation
from experiment was suggested for engineering application in the paper. Key words;oil cooler;double-flow;integral pin-fin tube;tubes mixed bundle
