B4C/AI对慢中子衰减性能研究

摘要:本文用Burrus模型和蒙特卡罗方法,模拟中子透过B,C/Al板的衰减规律。在Burrus模型中,选用0.0253eV中子为中子源,B,C/Al板厚度为0.15cm,0.20cm,0.25cm,0.30cm,0.35cm,其中 B,C的质量百分含量为20%,30%,40%,结果表明,在B,C/A1复合材料中,B,C含量越高,颗粒越小,材料的中子吸收效果越好,中子透射率越小。人射到B,C/AI板的中子,在B,C/AI板的穿透率与人射角方向有关,垂直与B,C/AI相互作用时,中子透射出的概率最大,随着人射角弧度增大,中子在B,C/AI 板的透射率逐渐变小。案特卡罗方法使用MCNP程序对B,C/AI与中子的相互作用进行模拟,结果表
明,B,C/Al板对能量为0.0253eV的中子比1.0eV的中子有更大的收收效果,关键调:B,C/Al复合材料;Burrus模型;蒙特卡罗方法;中子透射率

Neutron transmission rate in B, C/Al plates is closely with the direction of the incident angle. The maximum probability of calculated neutron transmission is a perpendicular beam through B, C/Al plates, but as the incident angle increases, i. e, normal direction angle gradually increased, neutron transmission ratio become smaller, In Monte Carlo method, the MCNP software is applied to simulate neutron beams through B,C/A
