潜水电泵+泥浆净化器二次清孔技术在大直径
超深冲孔灌注桩施工中的应用

(80808【摘要】为解决大直径、超深冲孔灌注桩二次清孔效果差、泥蒙排放量大等难题,创新建立了“潜水电泵+泥浆净化器”二次清孔系统。介绍了其工艺原理、工艺流程、操作要点、机具设备及工程应用实例。实践证明,采用潜水电泵直接抽吸孔底沉渣,抽吸上来的泥浆进入泥浆净化系统,实现了浆渣分离和泥浆反循环,达到了清孔时间短、效果好、桩身质量优的效果。

Abstract:In order to solve problems of the large diameter and super deep impaot-cone concrete pile, such as the poor result and a great amount of the mud excretion in secondary pile hole cleaning process, the secondary pile hole cleaning technology of submersible pump and mud cleaner system is invented. The principle, construction process, operation points, equipment and application project are introduced. The system uses the submersible pump to pump the sediment directly, then umped mud with the sediment flow into the mud cleaning system. It proves that these processes make perfect separation of the mud and sediment and reverse circulation of the mud flow, and achieve the result of less time for hole-cleaning and better effect, and good quality of the pile body

深圳龙岗中心城区基岩部分为灰岩,发育有溶洞和溶蚀裂隙,分布深的溶沟、溶槽或溶蚀漏斗,部分岩面高差超过50m;同时,溶洞多以串珠状广泛分布。目前,在深圳龙岗溶洞分布区域内的桩基多采用冲击成孔,已完成的冲孔灌注桩达Φ2000mm、孔深超过70m。冲孔灌注桩一般采用泥浆护壁、正循环工艺,由于桩径大、桩孔超深,所需清孔时间长,且清孔效果差。为保证清孔满足设计和规范要求,对大直径、超深桩通常的做法是采用泥浆反循环工

艺,如:泵吸反循环工艺或气举反循环工艺,清孔时增加反循环泥浆泵或大功率空压机,整体循环系统管路布设较复杂,清孔操作专业性强。同时,由于溶洞处理复杂,单桩冲孔施工时间相对较长,有的桩施工时间约15d,桩孔内沉渣厚度大,清孔时会抽排出超大量的废浆、废渣,不利于文明施工,并大大增加泥浆外运费用。
为解决大直径、超深桩的二次清孔效果差、泥浆循环复杂、泥浆排放量大等难题,创新建立了“潜水电泵+泥浆净化器”二次清孔系统,即:采用潜水电泵与灌注导管连接,当潜水电泵开动时,直接抽吸孔底沉渣,形成泥浆反循环;电泵用胶管与泥浆
