煤矿用特殊型阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池研制与开发

摘要:详细介绍了煤矿用特殊型DM400KT阔控式铅酸(AGM-VRLA)蓄电池的研制与开发,总结电池采用胶体电解液、改善隔板性能及提高装配压力都可以明显延长电池的循环寿命,其次极板称重配组、电池内化成,能够很好地控制化成深度,使电解液密度均匀一致,增加电池的一致性能,从而提高电池的使用寿命。

Abstract: The research and development of a special valveregulated leadacid battery for coal mine was detailed in this paper. It was concluded that, using the gelled electrolyte, improving separator performance and improving the assembly pressure all could significantly prolong the cycle life. Secondly, through weighting plates to match group and container formation, the depth of formation could be controlled very well, the density of electrolyte was more uniform, and the consistency of the battery was increased, so that the service life of battery was increased.

煤矿用特殊型铅酸蓄电池是煤矿电力牵引车辆和煤矿同级别条件下的其他场所物料搬运设备防爆特殊型电源装置用的蓄电池,对防爆安全性的要求非常高,而目前国内用于煤矿的特殊型铅酸蓄电池普遍采用传统富液式电池技术,在使用过程中有酸雾产生,对设备造成腐蚀,并且需要定期补水进行维护。随着蓄电池新技术、新材料的开发和应用,

特别是对铅酸蓄电池生产企业环保提出了越来越高的要求,特殊型阀控式铅酸蓄电池颇受青睐,取代富液式电池已成为必然。
特殊型阀控式铅酸器电池与传统富液式电池技术相比具有许多优点,电池使用过程中无酸液溢出及酸雾产生,不腐蚀设备,不需补水维护,耐振动性能好,使用寿命长,防爆安全可靠,并且可减少对环境的污染。
