调峰运行时汽轮机组蒸汽初压的优化确定

摘要:汽轮机调峰运行采用滑压运行方式是较经济的方式,而蒸汽初压的优化确定很有意义。利用汽轮机变工况计算结果,给水泵特性,循环水泵特性等曲线的拟合,以实际供电功率与计划调度负荷之差最小作为确定蒸汽初压的目标函数,建立调峰运行滑压运行最优初压数学模型。以某电厂300MW机组为例进行计算,得滑压行最优初压曲线,有助于指导运行人页的经济运行,可作为电厂能耗分析的基准值。本文以筒单理论为基础分析问题,综合多方已知条件进行电厂运行参数优化达种方法值得研究人员探索。

Abstract: Running with sliding pressure is a more economical way when steam turbine in peaking state, so to determine the initial pressure of steam optimization is significant. Using the calculated results of variable steam turbine operating conditions, the pump characteristics, circulating pump characteristic curve fitting ,with the aim of the minimum difference between actual supply power with the planning and scheduling loads to establishment the most excellent initial pressure mathematical model of peaking operation sliding pressure operation.with 300MW power plant unit as an example to calculate, get optimal initial pressure curve in sliding pressure operation , help guiding the economic performance of operating ,also can be used as the base value of power plant energy analysis. A simple analysis of issues based on the theory, integrated multi-known conditions of plant operation parameters optimization of this approach is worth exploring the researchers.

随着国民经济的发展和国家能源政策及产业结构的改变,生产用电比例越来越少,生活、市政用电比重越来越多,导致电网负荷的峰谷差逐渐增大,电网对调峰的要求破在眉睫,大型火电机组也已经参与电网的调峰。参与调峰的机组必降采用更经济、更安全、更机动、更科学的运行方式。
