发电厂供热改造工程背压汽轮发电机接入主机厂
用电的问题及其建议探讨

摘要:传统的火电厂以凝汽式汽轮发电为主,然后再进入汽轮机加工,接着汽轮机带动发电机进行发电,做工后的蒸汽经凝汽器冷却后变成水,在紧接着送入锅炉进行继续加工。背压机组取消了凝汽器,汽轮机做工后的蒸汽直接送到热用户,因此背压机是以热负荷来调整发电负荷的发电机组,也就是说发电量跟着外界供蒸汽的多少来变化的,汽轮机进了多少汽机组排多少汽,所以说背压汽轮机的经济型较好。增加背压发电机组导致了系统短路电流超过了原设备允许值,增加了系统设备发生动、热损坏的风险。快速限流器的应用抑制了系统扩容导致的短路电流,保证了主机厂用电安全。
