潜在通路分析技术在核电厂爆破阀控制器设计中的应用

摘要:潜在电路分析技术源自于阿波罗登月计划,用于提高关键电路或系统的可靠性。该技术在核电界也得到应用,并取得了一些有价值的成果。第三代非能动安全核电厂的设计引入了对安全重要的爆破阀,因而必须保证爆破阀控制器的高可靠性。为此将潜在电路分析技术引人核电厂爆破阀控制器的设计分析。通过采用人工路径搜索方法对爆破阀控制器的电路进行分析,判明现有设计中存在潜通路,影响到系统的可靠性,并据此提出设计改进的关键点,即在相应回路中增加单向二极管。分析表明改进后的电路无潜通路存在,系统可靠性得到提高。该改进可应用于爆破阅控制器的国产化设计和设计优化。关键调:潜在电路分析;爆破阀;控制器;保护和安全监视系统;多样化驱动系统

Abstract:Sneak circuit analysis technology was developed by Boeing Company for the Apollo project to improve the reliability of critical circuits and systems. The technology was introduced in the nuclear industry and valuable results were generated in some nuclear power plants. The squib valves were adopted in the third generation passive safety nuclear power plant design and the high reliability of the squib valve controller is of fatal importance.So the sneak circuit analysis technology is applied to analyze the design of squib valvecontrollerin nuclear power plant.After analysis on the current circuit diagram, by the path searching manually, a sneak path which is a potential risk to system reliability is disclosed. Based on the disclosure, a proposal of adding unidirectional diodes in the circuit is given to eliminate the effects of the sneak paths.
