养护条件对粉煤灰混凝土力学性能的影响

摘要:不同类型的混凝土对养护环境的敏感性也不同,为研究不同养护条件对粉煤灰混凝土力学性能的影响,以标准C30混凝土配合比为基准,通过使用粉煤灰替换10%的水泥量配比得到粉煤灰混凝土试件,对高温、低温、标准以及水中4种养护条件下粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗折强度以及渗透性展开研究,试验结果表明:(1)当用粉煤灰替换水泥时,粉煤灰混凝土的早期强度相对较低,但随着养护时间的增长,粉煤灰对固有水泥的激发作用将逐渐显现,使得粉煤灰混凝土的后期强度会逐渐赶上普通混凝土。(2)高温养护条件时,粉煤灰混凝土的早期强度增长最快,而后期强度却相对较低;低温养护条件下粉煤灰混凝土的强度要比同期时其他养护条件小得多:水中养护条件下粉煤灰混凝土的强度最高。(3粉煤灰混凝土后期的抗拉强度和抗折强度在水中养护条件下均最高,在标准养护条件下次之低温养护条件下最小,只达到标准养护条件的58%和66%。

Abstract: Different types of concrete have different sensitivities to the conservation environment. To study the influence of different euring conditions on the mechanical properties of fly ash concrete, this paper uses the standard C30 concrete mix ratio as a benchmark, and uses fly ash to replace 10 % of the cement ratio to obtain a fly ash concrete test piece, The compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, and permeability of fly ash concrete under high temperature, low temperature,standard, and water curing conditions were studied. The following major results have been obtained: (1) When cement is replaced with fly ash, the early strength of fly ash concrete is relatively low, but as the curing time increases, the excitation effect of fly ash on the inherent cement willgradually appear and the later strength of fly ash concrete will gradually catch up with ordinary concrete, (2) Under high temperature curing conditions, the early strength of fly ash concrete increases fastest, but the strength at late stage is relatively low, Under low temperature curing conditions, the strength of fly ash concrete is much lower than that of other curing conditions in the same period. And the strength of fly ash concrete is highest under the water conservation conditions, (3) In the later stage the tensile strength and flexural strength of fly ash concrete are highest under water curing conditions, and are lowest under low temperature euring conditions, which reaching only 58 % and 66 % of the standard euring conditions.
